CASE STUDY NO. 216
In this case study we will walk you through how we constructed an AED Kit for Avive community program specialist, Clay Lawson.
Clay travels a lot for work to meet with fire, EMT, police, high schools, universities, shipping companies and many more to provide support with AEDs for their teams and companies. He needed something that would hold everything he needed for traveling to meet clients and attend conferences.
The main compartment holds the two large AED hardshell cases, the front pocket was turned into file folders for all of the paperwork, on the very front a breakaway AED case that velcros and snaps for easy access and computer pocket in the back.
The kit opens up completely and lays out flat for unpacking, while the 8 file folders in the front organize each paper for specific conferences or groups. The breakaway AED kit on the front unsnaps for the kit at the handle and pulls away from the Velcro.
The snap was put in place for heavy travel days. Just as extra security along with the heavy duty Velcro to hold the AED in place.
