Whether you're looking to build out your Student Kits or order your Training Staff Custom Backpacks, our kits come backed with a lifetime warranty. Meaning, you won't have to spend the money again in next years budget to replace them.

Once we finalize your kit's details and specs with you, we will email you your link to order.
From the time your invoice is paid, you can expect 3-4 weeks for construction. Larger orders or new Case Study Designs may take longer. The expected turnaround time will be specified in the invoice.

All CSM Med Kits are made to order and built by hand, allowing us maximize the functionality and efficiency of your Med Kit's design.

Can we layout my kit(s) design in-person?
We would be happy to visit you and your Training Team at your school or have you come by our Studio to layout your kits design.
Do you deliver? Can I pick-up my kit?
We do offer both delivery and pick-up.

At CSM Canvas Mfg., we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every kit we manufacture is built to last, and we're proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty against normal wear and tear.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects or failures resulting from normal use, including:
- Stitching that comes apart under normal use
- Seam failures
- Material wear due to ordinary use
- Hardware or components that fail because of normal wear
If your product experiences any of these issues, we will repair or replace the affected item at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Customer misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accidents or impacts
- Cuts, punctures, burns, or tears caused by external objects
- Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage resulting from improper storage or care
- Acts of nature or other events outside normal use
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please contact us with:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and the affected area
- Proof of purchase, if available
Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
Additional Information
Warranty coverage applies to the original product for its useful lifetime under normal use.
Repair or replacement methods are determined solely by CSM Canvas Mfg.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise specified.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes. Schools ordering more than 10 kits in one invoice receive a 20% discount.
Do you work with school districts as a registered vendor?
